Overview
Please read these Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order. By placing an order with Interfruit you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated.
Any reference to Company/Seller/We/Us shall mean www.Interfruit.co.uk. (Trading as Interfruit) 10 Hollingswood Way, Rotherham South Yorkshire, S66 3ZN.
Any reference to You/Buyer/Purchaser shall mean the person detailed on the sales invoice.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Transactions are governed by British Law and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.
Payments
Unfortunately we cannot dispatch any goods until payment is received in full. Payment can be made by either credit/debit card or cheque. We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, Amex and Paypal.
Deliveries
All orders are only available to mainland UK destinations and are on a next working day service. Please note that although every attempt will be made to deliver goods on a requested date, we cannot be held liable for late delivery. We use external couriers Business Post to care for and deliver your gift.
The vast majority of orders will reach their destination on the day specified but occasionally deliveries are susceptible to conditions out with our control. If your goods have not arrived on the day you have chosen then it is more than likely they will follow on the next day or may have returned to the local depot for collection. Owing to the nature of courier deliveries we are unable to give a time of delivery. Drivers' schedules can change at any point during the day due to traffic or other circumstances out of their control. Courier delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.
We deliver all goods Monday to Friday and Saturday morning. Orders must be received by 1pm for Fruit Baskets in order to be delivered the next day. Orders for a Monday delivery must be placed by 1pm for Fruit Baskets on the Friday of the previous week.
Most areas are on a next day delivery service. However please allow up to 2 days delivery time for the following postcodes:
HS2, HS3, HS4, HS5, HS6, HS7, HS8, HS9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KW16-17, PA61, PA62-75, PA76, PA78, PH42, PH43-44,
To ensure the order arrives correctly and on time we require the full Name and Address including postcode of the person you would like this gift sent to. We cannot take responsibility for any incorrect information supplied at the time of placing this.
Deliveries will be made through our courier, Business Post. When delivery is attempted, if the recipient is not present, a card will be left stating an attempt was made. If it is possible to leave the goods safe or with a neighbour, this will be carried out by our Courier and a card will be left through the door stating where and when the order was delivered.
All deliveries to Hospitals, MOD sites and Office Buildings will be delivered to the main reception area.
Once a delivery has been signed for at the address specified on the original order, Interfruit will no longer be responsible. No refund will not be given if the order does not pass onto the named recipient.
Public Holidays
Please note that there are no deliveries on public holidays. Orders received for delivery for these dates will be delivered the opening day before the date. For example, if the order is requested to be delivered on a bank holiday Friday when we are closed, we will deliver on Thursday.
Substitutions
Please note that on rare occasions we reserve the right to substitute your Fruit Basket and or/gift with a similar choice if your first choice is out of stock. The substitution will always be to the same value or higher. Where possible, Interfruit will always try to contact you beforehand.
Refunds/Complaints
Refunds will only be issued for damaged goods or goods lost in transit. Any damages must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt and accompanied with photographic evidence. No refunds will be issued for late delivery.
Due to the perishable nature, Interfruit will not accept returns or any unwanted Gifts. If defective, all packaging and contents of the box must be kept until a collection can be arranged for the return of the gift basket and subsequent inspection of it. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the claim being rejected. When additional items have been sent the refund amount will only apply to the defective product.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order, we aim to deal with complaints promptly and generally within 5 working days of receipt.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation of your order will be sent via automated email to the address supplied on the order form. It will include your Order Number which must be quoted in all correspondence and a confirmation of the item(s) you have ordered and the total cost including all postage and packing.
Cancellation
If in the event you need to cancel your order, orders may be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the requested delivery date and a full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. If however the goods have been dispatched, by virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations Interfruit will be exempt from giving cancellation rights.
