Fruit Basket FAQ's

No. You just order what you want and you will still get the same great service if it's one, or one-hundred boxes.

We accept all best known cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and other cards.

We use Paypal as our payment processor, so if you have a Paypal account you can pay with that also. Don't worry if you do not have a Paypal account, you can simply pay with your card.

All prices quoted are in GBP Sterling, and your credit/debit card will be charged in GBP Sterling.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

We use Business Post to deliver our fruit so it's at it's freshest for the longest possible time.

All orders placed before 1pm, should be delivered the next working day, but please allow 2 working days before contacting us.

Where possible, we will collect products you're not happy with. In some cases, this might not be possible. Where we can, we would like to see a picture if the box or contents are damaged and we will of course refund you, or replace the product at no further cost to you.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders that are in transit.

We love all our customers and respect your privacy. We don't think you would give away your details to a marketing company, so we won't either!
